The best way to take black seed oil is with honey in plain probiotic yogurt. If you are known to have a sensitive stomach to certain pharmaceuticals. Take only one teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach in yogurt with honey mix. Make it part of your breakfast routines. Graduate to two teaspoons per day if you feel it’s working more effectively for you…. But when you first try it, only start with one. For cancer patients, take it with HEMANI SIDR HONEY PURE, 610 GRAMS ROUND GLASS JAR….. as I know there have been plenty of honey frauds on the international market with SIDR HONEY due to all the wars in the Middle East for it’s environmental inability to be produced for the UN market anymore.
